Our wonderful, highly rated Grotto has three magical rooms, the first has Santa's sleigh that you can sit in to take your own photographs. The next room has some seating and a television with a Christmas video playing. The final room has the jolly man himself, where you will get a chance to have a chat, take some photos and children will receive a gift, small hot chocolate voucher for the Courtyard Café and reindeer dust to help the reindeer land on Christmas Eve.

We also don't have an answering/queue system on our phone so it may sound like the phone is ringing out, this just means that our team are engaged and we would ask you to try again.
We are looking forward to a new online booking system that will be in place for next year.
