What is SL fitness Live?
SLLC Fitness Live is a large scale, come and try, fitness event where we showcase a selection of our amazing fitness classes.
Where does SLLC fitness Live take place?
For 2024, we are delighted to be holding the events in three of our Cultural venues:
Lanark Memorial Hall
Rutherglen Town Hall
The Town House Hamilton
Why join us for SL fitness Live?
If you are thinking 2024 will be the year you achieve your fitness goal, this is a fabulous event to be part of – whether you attend classes regularly or not. You’ll see in the schedules below, each class is shorter than normal to give you a feel of what is involved. It is a high energy, highly motivational day!
As well as the classes you can view the fitness timetables for all your local centres, learn about online bookings, speak to our fitness staff about your goals, enquire about getting started in the gym…the perfect opportunity to give your new year’s resolution a boost!
