Martin Stepek is one of Scotland's most respected and popular mindfulness teachers. Author of two books on the subject and writer of a weekly column on the subject in the Sunday Herald, he is also a prize-winning poet, and the recipient of the prestigious Polish award, the Gold Cross of Merit.
His wide-ranging studies have included Buddhism, East Asian Poetry, and the neuroscience of happiness and peace of mind. He serves on the Choose Life group, the pan-Lanarkshire suicide prevention body.
