Ever thought you might like to try yoga? Well now is your chance, as this class is the perfect opportunity to come along and give it a go.
Each class will start with a guided breathing practice, to help settle us in before we begin the physical aspect of the yoga class. We will flow through a series of postures, breaking them down as we go, and offering plenty of options to suit every range of ability.
Finally, the class will end with the chance to snuggle under a warm blanket, put on a lavender scented eye mask and lay back in a well-earned guided relaxation.
* £7.50 per class drop in rate

If you have your own mat, blanket or eye pillow please feel free to bring them along with you. Yoga mats can also be purchased from me.
