From 8-24 December 2018, the Rutherglen trampoline park will be hosting a series of events. From dining with Father Christmas to a fliptastic grotto and Christmas craft workshops, the 64,000-sq. ft. arena is set to have it all this year.
Flip Out is hosting the first Santa Sessions of their kind in Glasgow, where little ones can make their dearest wishes to the man in red and get festively creative. For just £15 per child, the Santa’s Grotto and Crafty Workshop Experience will take place four times a day (1pm, 2pm, 3pm, 4pm). After an individual trip to the grotto receiving a small gift from Santa, his helpers will be running a crafts workshop where children can make magical reindeer dust, Christmas cards and decorations, enjoy a snack of chocolate milk and biscuits and Santa part hat and gift bag. By purchasing one of the Santa Sessions, little ones can enter Flip Out’s Christmas competition, with three monthly jumping memberships up for grabs for the best craft creations. There is also the option to add a half price standard jump session at the end of the visit.
Additionally, for just £20 per child and £6 per adult, the little ones can breakfast (9.30am-10.30am) or brunch (only Monday to Friday, 11am – 12pm) with Santa himself. The events include a Santa hat for everyone, an American-style breakfast, story-time with Santa, a small gift and a complimentary hour jumping session, with half price jumping for parents.
There’s also a special after dark Christmas event - Santa Bounce - where the weekly events will be flipped to a festive wonderland. For just £15 per person, over 16’s can bounce the night away from 7pm-9pm on 14 December to the biggest hits from Glasgow’s hottest DJ’s. £5 from every ticket will be donated to Cash for Kids and everyone that attends in a Santa outfit, will receive a free pair of Flip Out grip-socks.
George Gallacher, general manager at Flip Out Glasgow, said: “We can’t wait to start our first Christmas season activities. We’re always looking for different ways to have fun in the arena and I’m sure there will be extra excitement among our customers this festive period.”
Glasgow has been head over heels for Flip Out since it opened. The arena hosts a variety of trampoline-based activities - from the country's first Ninja obstacle course, ultimate wipe-out, a trampoline football pitch and parkour space to a games area with a virtual reality arcade.
The sessions will be in groups and look set to be extremely popular, so advance booking is recommended.
While we take every opportunity to ensure the details for Festive fun at Flip Out Glasgow are accurate, we always advise that you contact the event organiser before setting out for the event to avoid disapointment.
