Beat Backpain

Learn simple and effective ways to beat your backpain with flowcoach and one of their regular workshops in Rutherglen.

Beat Backpain

About Beat Backpain

Learn both how to reduce the tension in your back and how to keep it supple by sitting, standing and moving with more poise.

Each workshop has a different emphasis, so you can feel free to attend any number of them.

Each workshop cost only £5 per person with a maximum attendance of eight, so please get in touch to confirm your place.

The workshops are based on the Alexander Technique - a century-old method that has been endorsed by the British Medical Journal for its effectiveness in dealing with back pain.

While we take every opportunity to ensure the details for Beat Backpain are accurate, we always advise that you contact the event organiser before setting out for the event to avoid disapointment.
