Embodied Mindfulness

About Embodied Mindfulness

An easy shift of attention, together with a little knowledge of how to get out of the way of our own bodies, can immediately bring a positive difference to how you sit, stand, move and breathe.

Each of these workshops will give the opportunity to practice and experiment with a different set of these tricks. They range from how your feet can allow you to feel more 'grounded' as you walk to how your jaw, all on its own, can reduce your stress!

The workshops are based on the Alexander Technique: a century-old method that has been endorsed by the British Medical Journal for its effectiveness in dealing with back pain.

Feel free to attend any of the workshops. Each costs only £5, with a maximum attendance of eight people.

(Because of a high rate of 'no-shows', I have been obliged to ask for a non-refundable payment in advance, eg to https://www.paypal.me/flowcoach. Other payment options are available! 'RSVP' in the absence of a payment attempt only secures a place if the course is undersubscribed . Thank you.)

While we take every opportunity to ensure the details for Embodied Mindfulness are accurate, we always advise that you contact the event organiser before setting out for the event to avoid disapointment.
