Whether you have no background in meditation or yoga or have practiced for years mindful yoga is for you. A gentle practice it is suitable for all abilities.
It gives you more emphasis on the inner self and merging voth inner and outer selfs (physical poses) in a more mindful meditative yoga practice than many in a culture that tends to fixate solely on the physical benefits and practices of yoga.
Mindful yoga presents the two disciplines as a single practice that brings health to the body and liberates the mind and spirit.
During the workshop you will learn about the 4 foundations of mindfulness, followed by a sound teaching of a full mindful yoga set along with meditation and relaxation techniques, before being guided gently on bringing both together.
