Baby massage for you and your baby - the start of your journey and the early stages of appropriate touch using strokes which in certain cultures are passed from mother to daughter generation after generation. The strokes used over the 4 week course help to stretch out your baby and build up your confidence while handling him/her. You will learn techniques to help with colic, wind and teething using non-invasive methods.

Gentle movements using music & rhymes creates multi-sensory stimulation for your baby. Specific hip movements can aid your baby's digestive system while other moves help to strengthen their neck muscles.
Adults also benefit, especially mums in the post natal period, through the use of gentle yoga moves including deep abdominal breathing, strengthening of core muscles and taking time out to relax at the end of the class (maybe the only chance you get to do that in a day or week!)

An ideal continuation if you have outgrown Baby Yoga. Don't need to have attended baby yoga though but are looking for exercise for both of you. Toddler yoga introduces more dynamic moves for both carer and child to nursery rhymes, songs, stories and the use of props.
