Using premium Scottish cuts from their fourth generation Scots butchers, from
their signature 35 day dry-aged cote de boeufs and t-bones to the sublime cuts on the bone including 45 day dry-aged fillet on the bone and humongous 1.2kg tomahawk steaks, The Butchershop is every carnivores dream.

Located directly across from the Kelvingrove Art Gallery Museum and just over a ten minute walk from The SSE Hydro, SECC and Clyde Auditorium it’s located in the heart of the West End.
