About Dance Fusion Fitness
Dance Fusion Fitness explodes onto the fitness scene with an energetic old school aerobic workout delivered with a powerful punch to a dynamic and euphoric music playlist. It brings together the intensity of Interval training, dance and choreographed Fusion32 Aerobic blocks to increase your metabolism and speed up the rate at which you burn calories and lose weight. You can expect to burn between 500 - 650 cals during a Fusion class.
If you want to make the most of your workout time and enjoy the dance style of Zumba and the athleticism of Body Attack then Dance Fusion Fitness is for you.

Pauline Glancy: Dance fusion fitness is a fun, addictive workout that combines elements of various dance styles, put together to form a fitness class that offers a high or low intensity workout to suit a range of abilities and ages . It's set to great music and leaves you with a buzz that lasts all day. I love this class !
Paula Miller: Dance fusion fitness takes the best elements of other dance based workouts and produces a fun, energetic and effective workout. Each stage of the workout offers intensity options so it's suitable for all fitness levels. The choreography is broken down making it easy to follow for the beginner. It's more challenging than Zumba with the intensity training sections and more fun than body attack. Exhausting but I'm hooked x
Zumba Bill Hamilton: After 3 years of zumba my first experience of dance fusion fitness was exhaustion. I now realise the main reason was my inability to follow the routine and always trying to catch up is where the hard work was. However, now I am into the session I can appreciate the work you can achieve. Let's admit it you move at the pace you are comfortable with. I still attend my zumba mainly because I know everyone and enjoy the company and music. Dance fusion is a step up in exercise and unlike zumba has me sweating and legs aching. It allows you to recover between routines which is good as you are not going at full pace for the duration for the class. It's an excellent form of enjoyable exercise that can be performed by all ages and gender.
