The centre is operated by South Lanarkshire Leisure and Culture and comprises a Main hall which can be sub-divided into two smaller halls (Jubilee Hall and the Hillhouse Room), a Youth Area, a Creche, Library and Active IT and a cafe operated by local volunteers.

The main hall features a stage and demountable tiered seating. The main hall is 240sqm and can accommodate up to 210 people seated in concert style and up to 170 for a catered function. This is an ideal hall for a special function as it has a modern kitchen and bar facilities and a hall large enough to accommodate larger parties.

The youth wing is available for let outwith youth requirements and can accommodate up to 50 seated in concert style or up to 30 seated with tables.

There is a large car park directly in front of the hall.

This facility can be used for a variety of community, social and commercial activities including but not restricted to Courses and Classes, Arts and Crafts, Sports Activities, Community Meetings, Birthday Parties, Engagement Parties, Discos, Wedding Receptions, Slimming Clubs, Martial Arts etc.
