About The Still Light Yoga
Whether you are new to yoga or have a regular practice, yoga can help you cope with changes in your body and mood throughout your pregnancy, prepare you to birth your baby and support your postnatal recovery.
I am a registered yoga teacher with Yoga Alliance, fully qualified in prenatal and postnatal yoga, with a background in medical science and psychology.
I offer workshops, classes and 1-2-1 sessions in South Lanarkshire and the southside of Glasgow.
