Warrior Woman - Yoga Workshop For Female Empowerment

About Warrior Woman - Yoga Workshop For Female Empowerment

This workshop is all about how yoga can empower you to realise your inner strength whilst recognising that being strong sometimes means having the strength to rest and look after your needs.

We are warriors, goddesses and strong women. We want to show you how yoga can help us embrace these characteristics to empower us.

Being a goddess or a warrior however doesn’t mean having to do everything all the time by yourself and carry the weight of the world on your shoulders. Strength is asking for help and support when we need it. Goddesses know when to rest and protect their energy and this workshop is all about achieving that balance.

As women we can feel under such pressure to be perfect, juggle families, careers and provide love and support to those around us. This pressure sometimes can really build up and leave us feeling overwhelmed and exhausted. When we feel overwhelmed we can experience anxiety, lack of self worth, low self esteem and can even start to feel inadequate. We shouldn’t feel this way and we want to empower you to believe that you are strong and amazing women just as you are.

We are all human and we don’t have to be perfect all the time. We don’t have to always hold everything together and it’s essential to take time to take care of ourselves and practice self love. We Want you to leave this workshop feeling replenished, strong, empowered and fully appreciate the truly amazing woman that you are!

Afternoon Schedule:

2pm - 215pm - settle in with herbal tea and set our intentions for the afternoon

215pm - 315pm - Warrior/Goddess Flow Yoga Practice. This will be an uplifting and empowering, yet feminine flow.

315pm - 325pm - meditation on inner strength - embracing the warrior in you to feel strong and combat your fears.

325pm - 340pm - break - herbal tea and protein balls

340pm - 420pm- sharing circle and chat on which yoga goddess may help guide you to empowerment. This is all about women lifting, supporting and building up other women.
