The centre’s Little Shop of Halloween Horrors will welcome the town’s cackling kids with a captivating assortment of dragons, skeletons, colossal pumpkins, mischievous witches, barmy bats, and even a jaw-dropping seven-foot-tall spooktacular pumpkin monster.
Shoppers looking for a ghoulish memento of their visit to the centre’s haunted house are invited to take some hair-raising selfies, while those looking to show off their perfect pics will have an opportunity to win some special Halloween prizes in our ghostly Eek EK social media competition.
The door to the Little Shop of Halloween Horrors will creak open on Saturday, 7th October, welcoming ghouls and goblins from 11am to 4pm every weekend throughout October and during the school holiday week.
But that’s not all—there’s more eerie excitement to be had. As part of the October school holidays, aspiring bakers can participate in the ghoulish festivities at Mr Bones Bakery in Plaza.
From October 16th to 20th, Mr Bones and his trusty sidekick, Mary Scary, will impart their baking wisdom to youngsters, guiding them in crafting delectable treats including spider cobweb cookies, slippery snake cakes, pumpkin puds, and mummy muffins, all to be taken home as chilling souvenirs.
The free half hour workshops will run daily from 11am to 4pm – advance reservations are not required.

Tuesday 17th October: It’s day two in the Mr Bones Bakery, come on in and get decorating. Today you will be making slippery snake cupcakes- watch one or two don’t get loose!
Wednesday 18th October: It's Dracula’s favourite time of year so lets’ get our teeth into something bitetastic – fangtastic cookie bites!
Thursday 19th October: Join us again for day four of Mr Bone’s Bakery. What scares you at Halloween? How about terrifying mummies? Today we will be making mummy muffins.
Friday 20th October: Remember your garlic for this spooky session. Today we will be making vampire gingerbread men.
Mr Bones Trail: Throughout the week youngsters can collect a trail sheet and then head off to find the gruesome ingredients for Mr Bone’s favourite bake. Check the store windows in the centre for spooky items and come back to get a Halloween chocolate lolly at the haunted house.
