This is NOT just a yoga class! It is so much more. Give it a chance and you will experience the benefits of REAL yoga, in a way you never imagined possible. During this course we go deep into the beautiful practice, and go beyond what we know yoga to be today.
We use yogic techniques and philosophy, anatomy and principles of energy, meditation and visualisation, gorgeous healing mantra sounds, expressive writing/journaling and have a good old blether over a cuppa.
While asana (yoga positions for strength and flexibility) is an element each week, it is nothing like the strenuous activity you’ll find in a studio or group class. This yoga immersion programme is a complete bootcamp for the body, mind and soul! We exercise our minds and emotions in a way that evokes deep healing and true self-expression.
If money is an issue, I completely understand. Don’t hesitate to get in touch if any of this sounds appealing to you, and we can discuss your options and find something that works for you.
