During this time of reduced contact it is important that we keep our mental health in as good a place as possible. Paying more attention to the present moment – to your own thoughts and feelings, and to the world around you, can improve your mental wellbeing. Why not join us for a short mindfulness class? You will be encouraged to focus on the current moment through spoken word with quiet music. A gentle journey to centre you and promote mental wellbeing and relaxation, helping you deal with life as it is happening.
