The University of Strathclyde Centre for Lifelong Learning are running a series of Health & Wellbeing classes as part of their online summer programme.

We have a handful of spaces available on the following online Health & Wellbeing classes;

• A 6Ps Approach To How We Live Our Lives - explore some strong foundations for living our best lives focussing on the key topics of presence, patience, positivity, power, purpose and projects.

• Connecting Body and Mind for Healthy Living - examine the powerful mind/body connection and understand how to use this information to live a healthier life.

• An Introduction to Living Mindfully - discuss the concept of mindfulness; its benefits, ways to live mindfully day by day and how living on autopilot or multitasking gets in the way of calm.

• 12 Steps to Greater Happiness - Short illustrated presentations with group work and links to valuable websites and articles.

Our online classes are delivered using ‘Zoom’ and the Centre will provide support and guidance to ensure you can successfully access your class from the comfort of your home.

Try something new or develop an interest whilst keeping connected with your learning and each other this summer! The full range of classes can be viewed and booked online by visiting our online catalogue >> https://mycll.strath.ac.uk
