Have you been told you have MS? You are not alone.
The MS Society Lanarkshire project will be running Newly diagnosed sessions covering topics such as managing fatigue, self-care, self-compassion and stress. These sessions are designed to help you understand and self manage your MS symptoms and also speak to others with MS.
Family and friends are welcome to attend these sessions.

MS Society Scotland are working with their Lanarkshire local Group, and local health care professionals, to offer self management support sessions to people living with MS in Lanarkshire.
This workshop will discuss the principles behind permanent agriculture, and will explore whether it has the potential to feed the world in an environmentally sustainable way.
