About MS Newly Diagnosed - What’s Next?

Have you been told you have MS? You are not alone.

The MS Society Lanarkshire project will be running Newly diagnosed sessions covering topics such as managing fatigue, self-care, self-compassion and stress. These sessions are designed to help you understand and self manage your MS symptoms and also speak to others with MS.

Family and friends are welcome to attend these sessions.
