Participants will complete their chosen running or cycling distance over the event week and will then be sent a medal and t-shirt for taking part.
When signing-up, you will also receive they a 'sports goody pack' which includes a bag, snood and water bottle to help you train for the event and information about suicide awareness and prevention. You can take part on your own or as part of a team and at a location of your choice. Track your run or cycle on a GPS tracking app and submit this as your chosen distance once you are finished.
The event week will begin on Monday 19th of April 2021.
The sign-up period is from Wednesday 13th January 2021 until Sunday 21st of March 2021
This event is for all abilities and we have a range of categories to hopefully suit as many people as possible.
A donation from entry fees will be made to the Samaritans charity.
