Participants will complete their chosen running or cycling distance over the event week and will then be sent a medal and t-shirt for taking part.
When signing-up, you will also receive they a 'sports goody pack' which includes a bag, snood and water bottle to help you train for the event and information about suicide awareness and prevention. You can take part on your own or as part of a team and at a location of your choice. Track your run or cycle on a GPS tracking app and submit this as your chosen distance once you are finished.
The event week will begin on Monday 19th of April 2021.
The sign-up period is from Wednesday 13th January 2021 until Sunday 21st of March 2021
This event is for all abilities and we have a range of categories to hopefully suit as many people as possible.
A donation from entry fees will be made to the Samaritans charity.
Where possible we will update our listings to notify of cancelled, postponed and rescheduled events, however we STRONGLY ADVISE that you check with the venue/organiser in the first instance for updates.
