As the days get longer and brighter, it’s time to make the most of the Spring!
Martin will begin by guiding you in a short meditation before exploring how being mindful outdoors including mindful walking or taking time to sit in your garden or a local park to enjoy nature and see the beauty around us in the Spring months will leave you feeling calmer, happier and more content.
There will be time at the end of the session to ask questions.
While we take every opportunity to ensure the details for Mindfulness and Nature are accurate, we always advise that you contact the event organiser before setting out for the event to avoid disapointment. All information (whether in text or photographs) is given in good faith but should not be relied upon as being a statement of representation or fact.
