Staying active is really important for both physical and mental well being. Come along and join in these free weekly seated keep fit sessions for a bit of a work out as well as some much needed relaxation.
Ou r volunteer Jeunesse will give different exercise variations so that people of all fitness levels can take part. Once you've enjoyed some exercise to music sequences, you will go through some seated stretches with some time for peaceful relaxation at the end of the session.
We will meet online each Tuesday morning from 10am - 10.45pm from the 16th of March through to 11th of May (1 weeks break on the 6th of April) - giving you a chance to meet some friendly faces while also enjoying some light exercise and movement.
Tickets entitle you to 8 weeks worth of seated keep fit.
This workshop is run by LEAP's Learning and Leisure project, helping to keep people connected over lockdown. LEAP is a charity based in South Lanarkshire which aims to enhance the lives of older people.
