We are offering FREE online 1 to 1 activity sessions, tailored to your needs and wants to get you more active at home. In addition, you can take part in our monthly wellbeing class where you can learn more about staying healthy, getting active and gives you with an opportunity to have a chat with other participants on the programme... and the best part is it’s all FREE!
This programme has a focus on your mental health as well as your physical health, we want to make sure that you have someone to talk to and are taking care of yourself during what can be an incredibly challenging time during and post Covid.
We can provide activities such as the following: Exercise to Music, Boxercise, Circuit classes, Chair aerobics, Yoga like classes, Balance Sessions, Stability sessions, Flexibility improvement activities, Dance classes, Pilate like classes, Resistance band sessions, Strength and Condition sessions.
Where possible we will update our listings to notify of cancelled, postponed and rescheduled events, however we STRONGLY ADVISE that you check with the venue/organiser in the first instance for updates.
