Join Agape Wellbeing each Wednesday for six weeks in Calderglen Country Park's Sensory Garden for their mindfulness activities for adults!
About Take Time Summer Activities - Adults - with Agape Wellbeing
Each week for 6 weeks we will start with a Mindfulness session, bring your own picnic and we will enjoy some time getting to know each other, to end each week we will enjoy a different activity ranging from a walk to visiting the zoo.
Concessions available for those on low income. Contact info@agapewellbeing.com to discuss.
