Fermenting vegetables may be the new kid on the block as far as food trends go, but it’s been practiced for thousands of years across the globe. Not only is it a great way of preserving food, but it is also good for you! Packed full of good bacteria, your gut will thank you!

Join us as we give you an Introduction to Fermented vegetables.

What we’ll cover:

- Step by step guide to making apple vinegar .

Not only does it taste great, it’s also a brilliant way to store and use any extra fruit & vegetables you harvest for the Winter months.

This event will be hosted on Zoom.
