Join yoga teacher Sasha outdoors at David Livingstone Birthplace for a family yoga session and let your imagination and bodies flow!
About Outdoor Family Yoga with Sasha
A 60 minute fun filled class that allows us to spend quality time with our families in a supportive environment.
We encourage you to bring the whole family along, no matter what age (it is only a number after all). However this class is predominantly tailored for kids aged 3-12 years.
Come along and let your imagination and bodies flow in these energetic and creative classes.
These classes will be outdoors with shelter under a gazebo. Please wear appropriate clothing. Mats will be provided.
