FREE Dance & Wellness workshops - BOOK NOW!!

Join us and Katie Kerr Dance & Wellness Online on Saturday 18th September at Greyfriars Parish Church in Lanark. You can pick from the morning (10am - 1pm) or afternoon (2pm - 5pm) workshop! Please email lamstickets@gmail.com to book and advise of your chosen time.

Suitable for ages 16+. No experience required! Workshops are free to attend thanks to funding from the #ArnoldClarkCommunityFund

Here's a message from Katie: My mission is to make dance accessible and part of people’s lives daily to bring joy, health and freedom. I trained at Performing Arts Studio Scotland in Edinburgh, gaining a BA Honours in Dance which gave me many performing opportunities on stages across Scotland working with professional choreographers and also gaining valuable work experience in The Netherlands working with a worldwide Dance Company. I furthered my education gaining Masters of Science Degree in Health Promotion to specialise in understanding the theoretical knowledge and practical skills needed to promote wellness and dance together. I have accumulated over 7 years teaching experience in dance to all ages and abilities with the ethos of teaching dance for a way to express creativity and thinking outside of the box, I very excited to be running workshops across Scotland and can’t wait to bring my love for the arts and wellbeing to LAMS.
