About Seasonal Yoga Classes
A weekly 1 hour Seasonal yoga class working with the body in tune with the seasons. Yoga eases out stress and tension in the body and also helps with all sorts of minor ailments. It focuses the mind and leaves you feeling rejuvenated, re-energised and relaxed.
In addition to in person classes, I provide online classes, 1 to 1 yoga sessions and work with Corporate clients. If you wish further info please email simplyyogabylaura@gmail.com
