Nature is wonderful for our wellbeing. Spending time outdoors in natural spaces and gaining a greater understanding of local wildlife can help us remain grounded and ease the stresses of everyday life. This special event will encourage you to nurture this connection and help you slow down and experience the healing power of nature.
The event will be jointly led by RSPB Baron's Haugh reserve wardens and mindfulness teacher Ratnadevi. Ratnadevi is a highly experienced mindfulness teacher/trainer, retreat leader and life coach with a particular interest in the environment. She cultivates an allotment and has recently published a book called 'Bringing Mindfulness to Life'. For more information please visit www.livingmindfulness.net
This event will be held outside so please bring suitable clothing for the weather, and sturdy footwear will be required. Unfortunately, this event is not suitable for children. Further details will be sent out to attendees prior to the event.
Where possible we will update our listings to notify of cancelled, postponed and rescheduled events, however we STRONGLY ADVISE that you check with the venue/organiser in the first instance for updates.
