David Livingstone Birthplace hosts its first ever Youth Open Day!
Join us for food and refreshments, a DJ and music, table tennis, and a print-making workshop - inspired by patterns, textures, and colours found in our collection. There’ll also be a short presentation from our Learning & Engagement team, where you can discover more about our exhibition and meet our team!
This is a day to celebrate YOU - our vibrant young adult audience - and open applications for the museum's new Youth Committee. It’s also a chance to connect with peers and your local community organisations.
The application window for the DLB Youth Committee will open from 22nd July - 22nd August, with the committee due to commence in September 2022.
Where possible we will update our listings to notify of cancelled, postponed and rescheduled events, however we STRONGLY ADVISE that you check with the venue/organiser in the first instance for updates.
