What it’s all about?
This is the ideal chance to get started on your yoga journey. Whether you are completely new to yoga or you've fallen off the mat in the last few years, this is your invitation to carve out some 'me-time' and create that habit. The workshop is designed for beginners and is a condensed version of the 6-week Beginner's Yoga Journey.
What can I expect from this class?
This class will start with guided pranayama (breathwork) before moving onto explore some classical yoga poses. We will work on standing postures to build strength and confidence; balance poses to add focus; twists and gentle backbends to help mobilise the spine. There will be plenty of time for questions and discussion as we work together to enjoy the many benefits of a regular yoga routine. You will also receive 4 short yoga videos, to help you build an at-home practise. After this class you will be able to join any of my regular weekly classes.
What do I need to bring?
Please bring a yoga mat and a blanket for relaxation.
Is this suitable for beginners?
This class is perfect for beginners or anyone who wishes to restart their yoga journey.
Where possible we will update our listings to notify of cancelled, postponed and rescheduled events, however we STRONGLY ADVISE that you check with the venue/organiser in the first instance for updates.
