Curious about yoga but not sure where to start? Come along to this relaxed, beginner-friendly workshop where you'll be gently guided through the basics—no flexibility required!

We’ll explore simple movements to wake up the body, ease into calming stretches, and finish with guided relaxation to help you feel centred, calm, and more like yourself again.
What to expect:
– A gentle blend of movement (yang) and stillness (yin)
– Easy-to-follow guidance, with plenty of options
– A welcoming space with time for questions and a cuppa after
– A little goody bag of follow-up videos and email support
– A perfect stepping stone into my regular Monday evening class
Whether you’re brand new or returning to your mat after a break, this session will help you feel confident and supported as you begin (or begin again).
This class includes a series of short Beginners Yoga videos which will be sent out via email after the class.
Where possible we will update our listings to notify of cancelled, postponed and rescheduled events, however we STRONGLY ADVISE that you check with the venue/organiser in the first instance for updates.
