November’s Rest Session is a deeply nourishing practice of release, reflection and rest — inspired by the final phase of autumn and the metal element in Traditional Chinese Medicine. This element teaches us the beauty of refinement: keeping what serves, and gently letting go of what doesn’t.
• Slow, fully supported restorative postures to ease tension
• Breathwork focused on release and renewal
• Space for inward reflection — a quiet cocoon before winter
• A long, guided rest to restore your nervous system
This is your permission slip to pause. To do less. To be held in stillness.
Bring yourself, your breath, and your need to exhale — I’ll provide the rest.
Booking is essential for this small, nurturing session.
Please note that this class is 90-minutes in length. Following the class you are welcome to stay for a cup of tea, some home baking and a chat.
Where possible we will update our listings to notify of cancelled, postponed and rescheduled events, however we STRONGLY ADVISE that you check with the venue/organiser in the first instance for updates.
