OUWM – Open Up With Me
(a sacred space to awaken your inner OM)
Your Journey:
1:30pm - Introduction to the Chakras: Learn about the seven energy centers and how frequency, sound, and sacred foods support alignment.
2pm - Chakra Diagnosis & Writing Ritual: Write down ailments or areas of life
you wish to release. I will then intuitively share which chakras require some balance and guide you in setting transformative intentions.
2:30pm - Sacred Nourishment: Enjoy a high-vibration chakra boosting “rainbow plate” personally crafted to match your unique imbalances.
3:30pm - Guided Chakra Activation: A powerful meditation to open and align your chakras. Transform your reflections into three healing words to raise your vibration, then gently seal the energy centers.
4pm - Reflection Circle: Group sharing, spiritual guidance, and grounding integration.
This is more than a meditation class. This is a sacred journey of awakening, alignment, and ascension.
