With a maximum of only 6 people in each of our Pilates classes, you can be assured of a high degree of personal attention and enjoy all the benefits that Pilates can bring you:

We offer traditional matwork classes based on the original method and philosophy of Joseph Pilates, all taught by Caroline Sinclair. We are also able to offer One to One and Tandem sessions by appointment.
Classes are scheduled for:
Monday 10am, 7pm
Tuesday 7.15pm
Wednesday 5.15pm
Thursday 7.15pm
Friday 10am
Saturday 10.30am
Plus we have the flexibility to arrange a class at other times providing there's enough demand.

Due to the limited number of places available in our classes it is essential to book in advance.
