This includes a number of indoor gyms at leisure centres, some swimming pools, six libraries, country parks and museums and East Kilbride ice rink.
The rest of the leisure centres, swimming pools and libraries are scheduled to open from Monday, 10 May or Monday, 17 May. Indoor fitness classes should also resume from 17 May. Small scale events at Cultural Service Venues can also begin to take place from 17 May.

A number of services are already currently operating, including golf, non-contact outdoor training for under-18s and outdoor learning and adventure.
And just in time for the Easter holiday weekend, Calderglen Zoo’s outdoor enclosures will open from Friday, 2 April with the indoor areas opening from Monday, April 26.
General Manager of SLLC, David Booth, said: “We are delighted to set out a recovery plan for when our leisure and cultural services can begin to resume.
“Of course this is all dependent on Scottish Government advice and may be subject to further changes given the dynamic nature of the Covid situation.
“I would ask everyone to continue to follow the advice given by the Scottish Government, but there is no doubt we are beginning to see a bit of light at the end of the tunnel.
“We are looking forward to welcoming our customers back, and please be assured we will be doing so in a manner that will keep you and our staff safe.”
