Get ready for a day filled with laughter, fun, and unforgettable memories! IT'S A KNOCKOUT is the ultimate event for children, adults, work colleagues, family, and friends.
No matter your age or fitness level, (only requirement 4ft 7 inches) everyone can join in on the action and have a blast!
From silly challenges to hilarious games, you'll be laughing like never before.
Best of all, your participation will help make a difference, raising vital funds for loved ones and families under the care of St Andrew's Hospice.
