The BBC Good Food Show Scotland will be packed with live cookery demos from top chefs and experts, the finest food and drink producers, regional specialities and plenty of culinary inspiration.
This year’s highlights include the return of The Big Kitchen where you can pick up top tips and recipe inspiration from a stellar line up of your favourite TV chefs, including: Michelin-starred Tom Kerridge; MasterChef’s John Torode; chef, author and TV presenter, Nadiya Hussain and the return of Great British Bake Off’s Paul Hollywood. Each chef will host cookery demonstrations in the Big Kitchen over the course of the weekend. Sessions last approximately 30 minutes and visitors can secure a seat to see their favourite TV chef by booking a Super Ticket (sessions will be available to book on the day for £3, subject to availability). New for 2018, Relais & Chateaux present: Glenapp & Ballyfin with David Alexander from Glenapp and Sam Moddy from Ballyfin.

The Let’s Talk Food Stage will be featuring interviews with the celebrity line-up and other culinary experts. Hosted by Barney Desmazery, these sessions are free to attend.

Come along to the sampling theatre and listen to top local restauranteurs as they share samples of canapés and sweet bites for the audience to taste. Sessions are free to attend and don’t require booking in advance. Anne Mulhern from The Willow Tea Rooms will host the sessions.
Also NEW for this year – get hands-on in a masterclass at The Spirits Lounge.
