Our Mat Pilates classes are kept a maximum of 14 clients, in order that the instructor can monitor each individual to ensure they are achieving the objectives of the exercises. We also use small equipment such as foam rollers, balls and pilates circles. Studio Equipment classes are a maximum of 4 clients.
