In Crystal Clear Kids classes children aged 5-13 can learn all about crystals including:
* where they come from
* how to cleanse and charge crystals
* how to connect to crystals
* how to meditate with crystals
* how to work with crystals for themselves, family and friends.

In Relaxed reiki Kids classes children aged 7-13 learn
* a brief history of reiki
* how to connect to reiki energy
* how to carry out a self healing treatment
* how to share reiki with friends and family.

Both classes involve discussion about healthy living, breathing techniques and mindfulness in a relaxed, nurturing environment.
