Built in 1912. This traditional style town hall comprises of a large and a lesser hall. The large hall has a main hall and balcony. Seating 660 for a concert or conference. Also used for weddings and dinner dances. The lesser hall is situated on the upper level of the facility (this is not accessible to disabled patrons) and has a capacity of 110.
The Sir John Wilson Town Hall is used for both professional and amateur/community based events.
The cafe is open Monday - Saturday 10am-3pm, serving hot and cold snacks, lunches, tea and coffee.
Available for professional, amateur/community based events, weddings and functions.
