Forest bathing is a gentle way of spending time in nature, taking in our surroundings through all of your different senses to reduce stress and come into deeper connection with the natural world.
Join this free online Zoom event to learn all about the practice of Forest Bathing (Shinrin Yoku) and its many health benefits as well as the importance of nature connection in our lives.
Certified Forest Bathing Guide Caitlin Keddie will guide us in a short sensory meditation that we can use to ground ourselves outdoors. If you are able to attend while sitting somewhere comfortably with a view of nature that would be wonderful.
Caitlin will also discuss different ideas and practical techniques to help you connect to nature and reduce stress during lockdown. There will also be some time for questions.
Where possible we will update our listings to notify of cancelled, postponed and rescheduled events, however we STRONGLY ADVISE that you check with the venue/organiser in the first instance for updates.
