Described by The Guardian as “... a Dadaist riposte to Strictly Come Dancing”, Extremely Pedestrian Chorales is a collaborative performance created by choreographer and performer Karl Jay-Lewin and composer Matteo Fargion and presents the commonplace experience of the pedestrian as an act of beauty, meaning and gentle comedy.
Within a series of short dances and with just a dash of punkish irreverence, simple movements are rhythmically and spatially structured by translations of JS Bach's famous Chorales.
