A fully-funded, design-led programme which has curated the very best of approaches from around the globe, to equip you with the tools and techniques needed to help YOUR creative business thrive.

Designed by Creatives, for Creatives: our 8-week interlinked programme brings together the very best of best practices from around the world. Each Tuesday and Thursday we’ll come together online or in-person for 2 hours to support you with practical advice and tools to help you start up or scale up the business of your dreams.

We’ll help you to understand and empathise with your customers unspoken needs; building services, products and businesses that connect with them on a deep and lasting level. We’ll show you how to connect and resonate with your customers via your own values, motivations, and vision. And we’ll step you through the essentials of business and financial modelling even if you’re not a “numbers person”. All without a dusty old business plan in sight…

• Learn practical approaches to plan, model, prototype and test your business ideas.
• Break down the myths of business and learn what you need to do, and how to do it.
• Attend 1:1 workshop days with multi award-winning design company 4C
• Start your journey towards unlocking initial business grants of up to £3,000 from South Lanarkshire Council
