About A Midsummer Night’s Dream
“Lord, what fools these mortals be!”
On the eve of the Duke’s wedding day, deep in the forests of Athens, fairy magic begins to cause chaos for the mortals. The fairy King enlists the help of his servant to play a prank on the fairy Queen. Four Athenians chase one another in an unrequited quest of love. A group of actors have rehearsals for their play cut short when one of them turns into a donkey.
Will everything be set right in time for the wedding?
Shakespeare’s greatest comedy is presented to you by Vertigo Theatre who have been performing for over 15 years. Most notable for their first-class productions of Beauty and the Beast and The Wizard of Oz, Vertigo Theatre are sure to entertain you.
