The four hour workshop will teach you to use your breath to create an alkaline state allowing deeper relaxation and connection within the central nervous system. The breath energises the body, boosts mood and reduces inflammation. You will learn how to use the nature around you, your breath and the natural power of your own body to help you feel “Happy, Strong and Healthy”.

Cold exposure is a key part of the Wim Hof Method, which must always be practiced safely, with great respect for the power of water. Cold exposure is hugely beneficial for the immune system, pain reduction and for mood regulation.
