Sound Healing Workshop including Sound Bath and Chakra Balancing with Susan McGroarty: 10.30am-1.30pm – book in advance for a donation of £50
**The workshop will be a mixture of sitting on a chair and on the floor. Please bring water, a mat, throw and pillow for your comfort as these will NOT be provided. It is important that you are comfortable so please wear clothing that provides comfort and warmth**

Susan McGroarty, Reiki Master and Advanced Sound Healing Teacher, holds the Centre of Excellence Advanced Sound Healing Diploma, and her love for energy, vibration and frequency enabled her to pass with Distinction. So you’re in good hands for this beautiful and expansive experience.

This is a unique opportunity! Sound Baths are normally an experience only, lasting around an hour. In this three-hour workshop you ALSO learn how to use sound for self-care.

It’s also an amazing price for such an exceptional prospect – you could certainly expect to pay twice as much as this in a commercial setting but Susan is happy to share her talents and gifts in this way to support the fundraising for her dear friend Joanfrances’s healing.

In this session you will:

• Receive the healing and soothing qualities of the Sound Bath itself.
• Experience chakra balancing through the resonance and frequency of sound.
• Learn techniques to incorporate sound practices into your everyday life to relieve stress, promote relaxation and create a sense of inner harmony.

Susan invites you to join her on an entrancing journey of sound. You will begin by connecting in with the most powerful instrument of all, the Human Instrument.
You will move onto the seven main Chakras, then gently be immersed in the powerful sounds of Tibetan Singing Bowls, Quartz Crystal Singing Bowls, Ocean Drums, Native Indian Drums, and Native Indian Flute.

Susan prides herself in providing you with a safe space to learn and grow. She has designed this workshop to provide you with the tools to integrate sound practice to your life in a meaningful way.

Experiencing the powerful healing effects of this Sound Bath and workshop will help you take a step closer towards overall well-being and balance.

Healing Benefits
It is said that Sound Healing can be traced back to more than 40,000 years ago and was used to invoke meditation, promote relaxation and induce healing on the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual bodies. It is important that you are comfortable so please wear clothing that provides comfort and warmth.

Health Conditions
The Sound Bath Experience is not recommended for anyone with the following conditions: implants or plates in the body
First trimester of pregnancy
Severe or clinical mental health conditions
certain neurological disorders such as epilepsy.
If you have any other conditions or are unsure, please seek professional medical advice before attending.

Divine Spirit Messenger Floor Show with Louise Finlay: 1:30pm-3pm – book in advance for a donation of £15
Reknowned medium Louise has generously volunteered her time for this life-saving cause, and you will be delighted and amazed during this 90-minute floor show.
Louise will be sharing her incredible gifts by connecting to the Spirit World and delivering messages from loved ones to people in the room.

Spirit Communication Floor Show with Joanfrances Boyle and Janet Shepherd: 4pm-5.30pm – must be booked in advance for donation of £15
The incredibly gifted Janet Shepherd has also generously gifted her time in support of this fundraising cause for her friend and fellow medium Joanfrances.
This 90-minute floor show will be packed with messages from loved ones in the Spirit Realm.

It is hoped that Joanfrances can join Janet on the floor so you get the opportunity to see two of Scotland’s most experienced psychics in action at the same time.

Obviously Joanfrances’s appearance can’t be guaranteed because of her treatment. She is hopeful that the surgery will be completed in time for her to be present on this momentous occasion when so many people are there to support her journey.
Anyone who knows Joanfrances will have witnessed her incredible resilience and determination, how she always goes above and beyond in her service to others, so it is highly probable that you will see her there.

About Joanfrances and her cancer journey
Joanfrances has herself has raised thousands for good causes as well as offering life-changing healing and comfort to thousands of people through her work in Spirit Communication and energy healing modalities including Reiki, Chakra Balancing and her unique gift for Past Life Surrogacy.

Having been an active healer and psychic medium within the Glasgow and surrounding Scottish communities since she was in her teens, she has shared her gifts around the world throughout her adult life.

This heart-centred life’s work, along with her love of walking, has been at the centre of her fundraising for individual needs in her community and for other charities including Maggie’s Centre, Cancer Care, world peace campaigns and the children’s charity Penumbra. In fact, the Penumbra fundraising event resulted in her being nominated for the Big Scot Award, in which she achieved runner-up at the awards ceremony.

Joanfrances has been diagnosed with an aggressive form of womb cancer (Myometrium) and is on the urgent list for surgery. The post-operative natural treatment Dendritic Cell Therapy (DCT) has been identified as the best route for this lovely lady. This treatment is only available at this time in private treatment centres and luckily, we have one here in the UK. The Birmingham Clinic offers DCT to kill off any cancer stem cells left in the body and restore her immune system back to health.
