Douglasdale REAL Group are delighted to announce the return of our annual fundraising event, Gig In The Grounds.
Held in the beautiful Douglas Castle Policies Grounds by kind permission and support from Douglas and Angus Estate.
The remains of the iconic "Castle Dangerous" provide the perfect backdrop for everyone who attends.
Inside our large marquee, we have two stages and a bar to ensure you won't have to wait long for the next musical act or your next favourite beverage. Outdoors we have large inflatables, soft play, face painting and more to keep the kids entertained, along with hot food and refreshments.
This year sees the return of some local and not so local favourites of the festival, mixed with some local newcomers and a range of artists from the central belt and beyond. From folk to punk, there's rock, funk, soul and even twee pop with idle chit-chat. Almost every genre is covered.
Tickets available via our website or Facebook. Tickets may be available on the gate.
Where possible we will update our listings to notify of cancelled, postponed and rescheduled events, however we STRONGLY ADVISE that you check with the venue/organiser in the first instance for updates.
