The fun sessions for young aspiring athletes looking to improve their fitness & athletics skills & techniques. We work on specific skills & techniques such as, sprinting, hammer throw, javelin throw, long jump and many more.
We have Run, Jump and Throw classes are at the following Venues:
Monday
5 to 7 years- 5pm to 6pm at Wishaw Sport Centre
8 to 12 years- 6pm to 7pm at Wishaw Sport Centre
Tuesday
18 months to 3 years - 10am to 10:45am at Wishaw Sport Centre
3 to 5 years - 10:45am to 11:30am at Wishaw Sport Centre
3 to 5 years - 4:15pm to 5pm at Ravenscraig Regional Sports Facility
5 to 7 years - 5pm to 6pm at Ravenscraig Regional Sports Facility
7 to 9 years - 6pm to 7pm at Ravenscraig Regional Sports Facility
9 to 12 years - 7pm to 8pm at Ravenscraig Regional Sports Facility
5 to 7 years - 5pm to 6pm at Airdrie Leisure Centre
7 to 12 years - 6pm to 7pm at Airdrie Leisure Centre
Wednesday

How to Book
All new and existing bookings are done by contacting the centre of your choice or alternatively go into the main reception. Classes cost £23.95 per month and the programme is delivered over 50 weeks of the year.
